Offer Eligibility
The promotion is open between 29 March 2017 and 7 April 2017 to any Energy Online electricity, natural gas or bottled gas residential customer who:
is a Bay of Plenty resident on one of the following networks: Unison, Powerco, Horizon Energy;
has entered the prize draw online at
https://www.energyonline.co.nz/bayofplenty
before 11:59pm on 7 April 2017 ; and
remains an Energy Online customer on the Draw Date.
Each eligible participant will receive one entry into the prize draw to win one of ten Prezzy ® Cards worth $100 (including GST) each.
Prize Draw
The Prize winners will be randomly drawn on 12 April 2017 and will be notified by email or phone call promptly following the Draw Date, and details of the delivery of the Prize will be provided by Energy Online at this time.
The judge’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize will be subject to Prezzy ® Cards terms and conditions, which will be made available to the Prize Winners with the Prize. Redemption of the Prize will be subject to those relevant terms and conditions and Energy Online will not be responsible for any invalid redemption not in accordance with such terms and conditions or if a Prize winner chooses to spend more, or less, than the value of the voucher.
Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Energy Online, its employees and agents and Prezzy ® Cards shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or the Prize.
The winners’ names and details may be used by Energy Online for promotional purposes, including an announcement on Energy Online’s Facebook page, and each winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that Energy Online may reasonably require. Each winner provides Energy Online with a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free and transferable license to use and reproduce any photographs, media coverage or other promotional material relating to their win.
General
The promoter of the Prize is Genesis Energy Limited trading as Energy Online.
The Prize is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash.
Energy Online employees, contractors, agents and their immediate families are not eligible for entry into the Prize draw.
Entry into this Offer implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Offer. If a winner does not accept these terms and conditions, the Prize will be forfeited.
Energy Online may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the promotion.
