Christchurch Plan Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer Details

To be eligible for the Energy Online Christchurch Plan Offer ("Offer"), you must be:
a. a new Energy Online residential electricity customer in an eligible electricity network which has promotional pricing listed on the Powerswitch website;
b. on a standard single-phase residential connection and are not on an embedded network;
c.and switch your electricity supply to Energy Online before 31 January 2016.
The Offer includes:
a. 12 months' price promise on your electricity prices from the date your electricity supply is switched to Energy Online;
b. and a $50 (including GST) bill credit to be applied to your first electricity bill.

Exclusions

The 12 months' price promise does not apply:
a. to Energy Online's special fees and charges;
b. if any information relating to your meter type is incorrect;
c. if your meter type changes;
d. or if you move house.

General

The promoter of the Offer is Genesis Energy Limited trading as Energy Online.
The bill credit is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash.
This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer from Energy Online.
Energy Online standard terms and conditions of energy supply apply.
Entry into this Offer implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Offer.
