E-billing draw - $250 credit - Terms and Conditions

Offer Eligibility

The promotion is open between 14 September and 30 November 2016 (“Promotion Period”) to Energy Online customers who switch to e-billing.
Each eligible participant will receive one entry into the prize draw (“Prize Draw”).
The prize is one $250.00 bill credit on the winner’s Energy Online Energy bill (“Prize”).

Prize Draw

The Prize winner will be drawn on 05 December 2016 (“Draw Date”) and will be notified by email or telephone within 5 business days after the Draw Date. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted within this specified timeframe or are not eligible to win the Prize, that Prize will be redrawn until a winner for that Prize is drawn and notified.
The Prize will be credited to the winner’s first energy bill following the Draw Date.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s name and details may be used by Energy Online for promotional purposes, including an announcement on Energy Online’s Facebook page, and the winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that Energy Online may reasonably require.

General

The promoter of the Prize is Genesis Energy Limited trading as Energy Online.
The Prize is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash.
This Prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer from Energy Online.
Entry into this Offer implies full acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Offer. If the winner does not accept these terms and conditions, the Prize will be forfeited.
