Electronic Bill Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

Prize Details

To be eligible for the Electronic Bill Prize Draw, you must be a new or existing Energy Online residential customer electing by 30 November 2015 to receive your energy bills by email (in PDF format).
Eligible customers will receive one entry into the Prize Draw to receive a $250 GrabOne voucher.

Prize Draw

The Prize winner will be drawn on 1 December 2015 (“Draw Date”) and will be notified by email or telephone within 5 business days after the Draw Date. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted within this specified timeframe, the Prize will be redrawn until a winner is drawn and notified.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Energy Online, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Offer or the Prizes.

General

The promoter of the Prize Offer is Genesis Energy Limited trading as Energy Online.
The Prize is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash. The Prize will be valid for 3 months from the date of the voucher.
