Offer Eligibility
The promotion is open between 01 September to 31 October 2016 (“
Promotion Period
”) to Energy Online customers who switch to e-billing.
Each eligible participant will receive one entry into the prize draw (“
Prize Draw
”) when switching to e-billing and get an additional entry if they also change their payment method to Reliabill or Direct Debit.
The prize is one $250.00 GrabOne voucher (“
Prize
”).
Prize Draw
The Prize winner will be drawn on 01 November 2016 (“
Draw Date
”) and will be notified by email or telephone within 5 business days after the Draw Date. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted within this specified timeframe or are not eligible to win the Prize, that Prize will be redrawn until a winner for that Prize is drawn and notified.
The Prize will be emailed to the winner between 30-60 days following the Draw Date.
The Prize is valid for 3 months and can be redeemed at

The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s name and details may be used by Energy Online for promotional purposes, including an announcement on Energy Online’s Facebook page, and the winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that Energy Online may reasonably require.

The promoter of the Prize is Genesis Energy Limited trading as Energy Online.
