How do I score some Happy Hours?

Happy Hours invitation emails are sent to all eligible customers. To be sure it is your invitation, you will see your customer number at the top of the booking form.

Check your spam folder, make sure your email address is up to date on MyAccount, maybe check that you can see your recent daily consumption in our App (if you do, that means you have a smart meter).

How do I book in my Happy Hours?

Your Happy Hours email contains a unique link to the booking page which automatically registers which customer number you’re booking it for; your link is only for your address.

If you have a mate that wants to book theirs, don’t forward your email; it won’t work for them, they need to find their email.

 

When can I have my Happy Hours?

Use the simple booking calendar to book in the time-slots and days per the offer details provided. Not happy with your booking after the fact? Don’t worry, you can change it – even to a past date in the period – right up until the end of the selection period but after that, it’s locked in.
